Spiga+ is our software for dealers and repair workshops,

Spiga+ mobile is the mobile application of our program Spiga+, created to ease and simplify the management of dealers and workshops, controlling by a portable device (mobile phone, tablet), the different processes in our automotive program Spiga+.

Among its advantages in the workshop area, Spiga+ Mobile Technicians permits to control the operators clock-ins, both the productive and improductive ones, and the assignments done by the manager. It also includes the VHC (Vehicle Help Check) functionality, and the generation of quotations to be sent to the customer in case additional faulties are detected while repairing.

In respect to the commercial area, Spiga+ Mobile NVUV permits the completion of physical inventories of new and used vehicles with the registration of damages. All this operative is integrated with Spiga+, and the information is automatically transferred on real time.

Our development team is currently working on other functionalities as:

Workshop planning: for the management and control of the workshop planning , using a Tablet that permits to check the workload and assign the different tasks to the workshop technicians and operators.
Prior appointment: functionality which permits the user to request a prior appointment by a web environment with an automatic integration in our system Spiga+
Monitoring of the vehicle repair (for the customer): the customer turns this functionality to monitore the repair or revision of the vehicle by a web environment, without having to contact the workshop.
Asset Inventory: this feature permits to make an inventory and maintain the control of all the fixed assets the company has.
Expenses record: this functionality completes the reading of invoices/expense tickets generated by the employees, and automatically registers the expense records in Spiga+ for its later approval.
