We do not use the full potential of the system as the SAP ERP manages the financial and accounting part. Nevertheless, Spiga+ has been for us a powerful tool in the management of the workshop, fully customized by the user as the business grows. In respect to the operation, is very user-friendly for the service advisers in the issuance of quotations and generation of work orders.
The operators clock-in is really agile and the follow up is very complete when reporting sales productivity and indicators, to name just a few.
